HOMEARAMA – Urban Edition

HOMEARAMA is the registered trade name for the single site new home showcase produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. We are very excited and proud to announce that the 2023 show will be the 60th "Diamond"Anniversary of HOMEARAMA. HOMEARAMA is one of the longest running and most successful new home showcases in the country. HOMEARAMA Urban Edition is a sister show to Cincinnati’s HOMEARAMA and CiTiRAMA home shows. HOMEARAMA and CiTiRAMA regularly attract thousands of enthusiastic Cincinnatians each year.

HOMEARAMA - Urban Edition 2023 will be presented by First Financial Bank, JP Flooring Design Center and Two Men And A Truck. The show will be held for the first time ever in Newport, Kentucky. HOMEARAMA Urban Edition will feature eight (8) homes in a variety of architectural styles. Single family show homes will range in price from approximately $1.3M and up. Townhouses will range in price from approximately $750,000 and up. The homes will average 2,619 square feet and include an attached 2-car garage and a roof deck. Show builders include Thomas J. Ackermann Building Co., Inc. - 2 townhouses; Ashford Homes, LLC - 2 single family show homes and 2 townhouses; Homes By Gerbus, Inc. - 1 single family show home; and, Meierjohan Building Group, LLC - 2 townhouses.

Show Dates and Hours:

- Saturday, June 10th Sunday, June 25th, 2023

- Monday-Thursday, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

- Friday-Sunday, noon to 9 p.m.

Tickets are $20.00 at the gate, online at http://www.cincyhomearama.com or on the Cincinnati HOMEARAMA app. Children 12 and under are admitted for free if accompanied by an adult. No tickets sold or admittance to the show after 8:00 PM.

Food, beer and wine will be available at HOMEARAMA. A restroom trailer and ADA accessible portable restrooms will be available on site. Numerous events are being planned for HOMEARAMA - Urban Edition 2023. All events will be listed on the HOMEARAMA website www.cincyhomearama.com.

No strollers, wagons or child backpacks with metal frames are permitted in the show homes. No pets are permitted within the show site, except for service animals (documentation is required for service animals). We suggest that you wear gym shoes or flat shoes to HOMEARAMA. There is a considerable amount of walking at the show and there are steps in all of the homes.

Make sure you visit the many wonderful businesses in downtown Newport as you are on your way to HOMEARAMA or as you are leaving. You will not be disappointed!
